Chicken Karon Blue

This is one of our Top Seller Signature Dishes for over 10 years running.

Our version of the famous Corden Blue is called Karon Blue due to we saute' rather than deep fry the tender Chicken Breast Filet stuff with Emmanthaler Cheese and Smoked Ham. Then we create a delicious cream sauce by De-Glace the pan.

Served on Garlic Mashed Potatoes and your choice of Veggie side dish.
